- The categories of personal information collected (account email, profile and contact details you enter, photos, device identifiers for sync) and why.
- That date of birth and home address are private by default and appear on a card only if you add them.
- That justadd.me does not sell or share personal information (NFR-16).
- How to export your data and how to delete your account (30-day grace period, then permanent deletion).
- Backup retention after deletion (local 7 days; off-host up to 35 days if enabled).
- Card analytics store no recipient personal data.
- Service providers: Auth0 (sign-in), Webtender and SendGrid (email).
